Since 2004 South Gloucestershire Council has held its Engage Festival every three years. Our next festival would normally be in 2013 but we have decided to bring it forward a year to celebrate the London 2012 Olympic Games. The 2012 Engage Cultural Olympiad Festival will be combined for the first time ever with the Festival of Youth Sport to make this an event to remember.
Therefore, our next Engage Festival is planned for Saturday 7 July 2012 at the WISE Campus in Filton College.
My reason for writing is to invite you to join us and participate in this historic event.
To enable you to do so I have attached , a letter followed by two participants forms (open attachment and scroll down), one for Exhibits, Stalls, Food Stands & Workshops and one for Stage & Performances.
Please reserve your place at the Festival by completing and returning the appropriate form by Friday 30 March 2012.
If you know of others that may be interested in participating in the Engage Cultural Olympiad Festival 2012, please ask them to contact me as soon as possible.
