Wickwar Parish Council meets at the Town Hall in the High Street on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:30pm. The first 30 minutes of the meeting are Public Time when any member of the public can raise a matter with the Council. The formal Council meeting commences at the end of public time. Members of the public are welcome to observe these formal proceedings. Parish Councillors are elected for a four year term. Details of the current members of the Parish Council can be found on this document. Items to be included in the Parish Council Agenda must reach the Clerk no later than 7 days before the meeting date. Meeting Agendas are posted on the Parish Council notice board at the Town Hall 5 working days prior to the meeting. Minutes of Parish Council meetings are also posted on the notice board for public viewing. The Council’s Annual General Meeting is held in May each year where officers are elected.
